About Us
NSA Service Apartment is ideally located in Chennai between Wavin and Mogappair west bus stand. This location is surrounded by IT complex, Business center, shopping complexes, Reliance Digital and on main road easily accessible to any place. KFC, MCdonald, Burger king, Famous Gowrikrishna Venkateshwara, Pandian, Madrass Briyani Hotels are just step out distance.
We take pleasure in hosting families visiting Chennai; or people compelled to stay while caring for their ailing loved ones. We aren’t couple/pet-friendly and we don’t host single occupants. We don’t entertain events/ parties in our apartments either.

Must Read Rules
- Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- Family groups, marriage groups, corporate trainees, and tourist groups allowed - max capacity 30 per group.
- Accepted ID: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Govt ID (local IDs accepted).
- Alcohol & smoking not allowed on premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
Arrival & Check-In
Caretaker will greet and assist with check-in. Keys can be collected/deposited with building staff.
Main gate closes at 22:00 - inform us beforehand for late arrivals.
- Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- Family stays, marriage groups, corporate trainees and tourist groups are welcome (max 30 people per group).
Accepted ID proofs: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Government ID. Local IDs are also accepted. Keep a valid photo ID ready at check-in.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly not allowed inside the property. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Pets are not allowed. There are no resident pets on the property.
- Private parties or events are not allowed.
- Please do not invite outside visitors into the rooms during your stay.
The caretaker will greet you and assist with check-in. Keys may be collected/deposited with building staff. Self check-in via smart door is not available. The main gate closes at 22:00 — inform us for late arrivals.
